WELDWERKS: Starry Noche 2026 [Barrel-Aged Imperial WELDWERKS: Starry Noche 2026 [Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout 12.6%]. This 2026 blend was aged in seven-year Weller Bourbon, 10-year Buffalo Trace Bourbon, nine-year Stagg Jr. Bourbon, eight-year Willett Bourbon and 15-year Old Fitzgerald Bourbon barrels, then finished on copious amounts of toasted coconut flakes, unsweetened raw coconut chips and toasted hazelnuts. Intense coconut dominates the nose, followed by sweet oak and toasted bourbon. Rich flavors of German chocolate cake and roasted nuts then flow into a sweet hazelnut bourbon-cream finish with lingering, complex wood character.
