1. Where were you born?
Saint Vincent Hospital. Erie, Pennsylvania.

2. Why were you born?
I have no idea. Ask me at the end.

3. Any extracurricular activities/hobbies?
Motherhood. Music. Wellness.

4. Favorite beer style(s)?
Sour Ales. Irish Stout. Hazy IPA.

5. Favorite wine style(s)?
What style don’t I like? Depends on my mood.

6. What was your first job?
Feeder Aid at a nursing home.

7. What do you enjoy most about working at Fermental?
I mostly work behind the scenes at Fermental. I wish I was more hands on, but my Chiropractic practice, Feel Better Now takes up most of my time.

8. Preferred style/cut of French Fries and why?
The parmesan fries at CheeseSmith. Alternatively, any seasoned fries, mostly curly with ranch dressing.

9. Which Smurf do you relate to the most and why?
Wild Smurf. He was feral and was a loner, raised by squirrels. No offense to my parents.

10. Have you ever been in a fist fight?
Unfortunately, yes. Say no to peer pressure.

Be sure to visit Kristen and the other Fermental folks when we resume our libatious antics at 600 S.17th Street sometime in the near future. We love you. Cheers!

Pennsylvania.

Raised on Belgian classics. Currently enjoying IPA, Pilsner, and Kolsch.

5. Favorite wine style(s)?
Dirty, earthy European red wines or a bright, clean Bordeaux Blanc.

6. What was your first job?
Delivering newspapers. Sometimes I just tossed them all in the woods and went skateboarding.

7. What do you enjoy most about working at Fermental?
I like wine and beer. But I also enjoy planning and promoting events as well as cultivating the Fermental team alongside our awesome and diverse customer base.

8. Preferred style/cut of French Fries and why?
Tater Tots, due to their ease of consumption and ability to maintain an above average salt ratio. Add hot sauce and mustard.

9. Which Smurf do you relate to the most and why?
Jokey Smurf, because if you can make yourself laugh then it's always funny.

10. Have you ever been in a fist fight?
Yes, but it has been a few years. I'm mostly into arm wrestling these days.

Be sure to visit Steve and the other Fermental folks when we resume our libatious antics at 600 S.17th Street sometime in the near future. We love you. Cheers!

Probably when Chef and Greedy were combined into one character because he cooked but also wanted to eat everything.
